<p>In the <b>Identity name</b> field, enter a label for the account within eM Client. It does not appear on your out going emails, and is useful when you have multiple accounts in eM Client.</p>
<p>In the <b>Name</b> field, enter the name which will be displayed in your outgoing emails and will be seen by their recipients. </p>

<p><b>Leave a copy of messages on the server</b> - eM Client will leave your emails on the server after downloading them into your computer.</p>
<p><b>Remove from server after x days</b> - if checked, eM Client can remove your emails from the server a specified number of days after eM Client has downloaded them onto your computer.</p>
<p><b>Remove from server when deleted from "Deleted" folder</b> - your emails will be removed from the server when you remove them from the Deleted folder in eM Client.</p>

<p><b>Authentication</b> - Select between using your eM Client account credentials, or manually filling in the <b>login name</b> and</p>

<h2>Editing a CalDAV Account </h2>

<h3>Server</h3>
<p><b></b>In the <b>URL</b> field, enter the CalDAV server address with which eM Clint will synchronize your calendar. </p>
<p class="tip">Tip: For Gmail users, their URL address will be https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/yourusername@gmail.com.</p>
<h3>Authentication</h3>
<p>Select a method of <b>Authentication</b> - Anonymous or manually specify <b>login name</b> and <b>password</b>.</p>
<p class="tip">Tip: For POP3 E-Mail users, it is safer to have the "Leave a copy of messages on server" box checked. Make sure that you check the space left in your mailbox from time to time.</p>
